Ticino bread with chicken

Instead of many sandwiches, this recipe is made with a whole Ticino bread stuffed with chicken and rocket and divided into small portions to be enjoyed.

Ingredients

Small meal For 4 people

50 g of rocket

3 tablespoons of olive oil

3 chicken escalopes

salt

pepper

cooking oil

1 Ticino bread of 300 g

8 dried tomatoes in oil

rocket leaf for garnish

How to proceed

Preparation:

approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the rocket. Mix it with olive oil. Cut the scallops, salt and pepper in half horizontally. Brown them in a little oil for approx. 5 minutes, then let it cool down.

Cut the Ticino bread in half horizontally and spread it with the rocket pesto. Drain the dried tomatoes in oil well and stuff the bread together with the meat. Sprinkle with the rocket.
